Cake InformationWhen choosing
your special cake there are many options for flavors fillings
and icings.
Cake Flavors: Traditional white, yellow, chocolate, strawberry,
lemon, orange, marble, spice, carrott, red velvet, italian
cream, etc.
Cake Fillings: Strawberry,
Raspberry, Lemon, Chocolate Pudding, Vanilla custard, or
any fresh fruit.
Cake Icings/Finishes: Traditional Buttercream, Chocolate Buttercream,
Cream Cheese Icing, Rich Chocolate Ganache, Almond Buttercream,
and Rolled Fondant.
What is Rolled Fondant? Sugar rolled fondant is a sweet icing
that is rolled out and draped over the cake, and then smoothed.
It has become very popular in the US since its recent introduction
from England. Fondant gives a cake a beautiful smooth porcelain
or silky look surface. Fondant can be colored and flavored,
as desired.
